Know your rights & responsibilities
The rules and expectations that apply when you use our site and services.
Effective Date: July 14, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website eklaz.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by E-Klaz Profit Ltd (“E-Klaz”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at Regus House, Victory Way, Admiral Park, Crossways Business Park, Dartford, England, DA2 6QD.By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About Our Services
E-Klaz is an international education consultancy. We assist students with university admissions, visa processing, scholarship applications and pre-departure preparation for study destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and others.
Our role is advisory. We guide and support students through the application process, but we want to be upfront about what that means in practice:
- We cannot guarantee admission to any university, college or programme. Admissions decisions are entirely at the discretion of the institution concerned.
- We cannot guarantee that any scholarship, bursary or financial aid will be awarded. These are subject to eligibility criteria and funding availability set by the awarding body.
- We cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Immigration decisions rest with the relevant government authority.
What we can promise is that we will use our experience, knowledge and professional networks to give you the strongest possible chance of a positive outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and be involved throughout the engagement. We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 13.
4. Your Responsibilities
When you work with us, we rely on you to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information — including academic records, identification documents and personal details. Inaccurate information may lead to application rejections or visa refusals, and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from incorrect data you have supplied.
- Respond to our requests for information and documentation in a timely manner. Delays on your side can affect deadlines that are beyond our control.
- Pay any agreed fees on time and in accordance with the payment terms we have set out for your particular engagement.
- Comply with the requirements and deadlines of the institutions, embassies and bodies to which you are applying.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fees vary depending on the scope of services you require. Before we begin work, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of costs, and no charges will be applied without your agreement.
- Payment terms, methods and any instalment arrangements will be confirmed in writing (by email or in a service agreement) before services commence.
- All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
- Third-party costs — such as university application fees, visa fees, courier charges, credential evaluation fees and test registration fees — are your responsibility and are not included in our consultancy fees unless expressly stated.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your engagement with us:
- Cancellations made before we have started substantive work on your case will be eligible for a full refund, less any reasonable administrative costs already incurred.
- Once work has commenced (for example, if we have begun preparing your applications or liaising with institutions on your behalf), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has been completed.
- Fees paid in relation to third-party charges that have already been incurred are non-refundable.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email us at info@eklaz.com and we will review your case fairly and promptly.
