What documents will I need?
The exact list depends on the country and programme you are applying for, but you will typically need academic transcripts, a valid passport, English language test results (where applicable) and a personal statement. Our team will give you a precise checklist once we have reviewed your profile.
Is there a fee for using E-Klaz?

Does E-Klaz guarantee admission?
No consultancy can ethically guarantee admission, and you should be cautious of any that claims otherwise. What we do guarantee is that your application will be put together to the highest possible standard and submitted to institutions where your profile gives you a genuine chance of success.
Can E-Klaz process my UK university application from outside the UK?
Yes. The majority of our international students work with us entirely remotely. Document submission, consultations and application processing all happen online. You do not need to be in the UK or have a UK contact to use our services.
Does E-Klaz have experience with students from my country specifically?
We have worked with students from across SouthAsia, East Africa and the Middle East alongside our substantial West African student base. The details of each country's academic system, transcript standards and visa requirements differ, and we account for those differences rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Contact us, and we will tell you honestly whether we have handled cases similar to yours.
How long does the application process take?
It depends on the destination country, then take you are targeting and how quickly your documents are ready. Some students are placed within six to eight weeks, others require longer periods, particularly when English language testing or additional documentation is involved. We will give you a realistic timeline at your consultation, not an optimistic one.
